What is the delivery time for my order?

When you order from Nuvée, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you’re used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significant costs on storage and transport – which allows us to offer our pieces at attractive prices.
The average delivery time is 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, it may sometimes take a little longer than expected for your order to arrive. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If the delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at nuvee.southafrica@gmail.com and we’ll investigate what happened with your package.

I want to exchange or return my order, how do I do it?

To make a return, simply contact our customer service at nuvee.stockholm@gmail.com. Provide your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from your order confirmation, and the reason for the return. We’ll then get back to you with the return address and confirmation. After that, you can send the item back using any carrier of your choice.

How much does it cost to return?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The cost depends on the carrier you choose. Please check the carrier’s website for current prices.

What are the conditions for returning a product?

You always have a 14-day return period, counted from the day you received your order. For us to approve the return, the following applies:

  • The return period must not have expired.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The product must not be used.

Please note: Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
